Location:                 15 miles west of Leakey in Real County. There is approximately ½ mile of frontage on FM 337, one of the hill country’s most scenic highways.

There has been no commercial hunting and virtually no family hunting at Chulagua in the last 28 years!

Minerals:               Owner will convey 50% of all mineral rights and 100% of all executive rights which is believed to be 15/16ths. Chulagua also has 105 acre-feet of Camp Wood Creek irrigation water rights which will transfer with the ranch.
